FAQ

Questions homeowners ask us most

Fiber cement or vinyl siding: which is better for my home?

Fiber cement (Hardie style) is denser, fire resistant, rot proof and holds paint far longer, which makes it the premium choice in Georgia's heat and humidity. Vinyl costs less up front and needs almost no maintenance. We'll walk your home, show you both, and give you honest pricing on each so you can decide.

How do I know if I need a new roof?

Curling or missing shingles, granules collecting in the gutters, dark patches, sagging rooflines, or any ceiling stain inside are all signs. If your roof is 18+ years old it's worth a look. Our roof inspections and estimates are free.

Can you help if my project is part of an insurance claim?

We don't handle or file insurance claims for you. What we do is document the damage clearly and give you a detailed written scope and estimate you can hand to your adjuster, so the paperwork reflects the work your home actually needs.

How long does a typical project take?

Most roof replacements are done in one to two days. A full siding replacement usually runs one to two weeks depending on square footage and any wood repair we uncover. You'll get a realistic schedule before we start.

Who actually does the work on my home?

Projects are completed by skilled crews we've worked with for years, including trusted subcontracted specialists for certain trades. Either way the job is managed by us, inspected by us, and covered by our workmanship warranty.

Are estimates really free?

Always. Call 404-749-6119 or send us a message and we'll schedule a visit, measure everything properly, and give you a clear written price with no pressure.
